Banana/fetal position(0-4months)

>Put the sling on;padding on the shoulder and clasp on the back.

>Lay baby in the sling;head first

>Ensure the head is well supported and that the sling facing the stomach side is pulled up.

>Tip  Position baby in sling whilst you are seated

2)Hammock(0-3 months)

>Hang the sling in the playpen. Caution! Maximum 15cm height between the sling

and the playpen.

>Lay the baby in the middle of the sling.
